QG Series Steel Tube Shot Blast Machine
This series is shot blast machine of pipe steel tube with maximum, medium and minimum type and cylinder for roller feed, and it mainly uses high-speed shots thrown by blast wheel of high effectiveness and strength, and impacts scale, rust layer, and other impurities on the surface of steel pipe so as to make it obtain refined and bright surface and improve pull-resisting and press-resisting strength of the workpiece surface with certain surface rough degree, which could improve adhesive strength for protection of surface paint residue and be helpful to improve paint quality of steel tube, reaching the purpose of corrosion-proof, protecting tube and extending use life of steel tube.
QGN Series Steel Tube Inside Wall Shot and Air Blast Machine
This series is mainly used for shot and air blast of inside wall of steel tube. Within the range of φ50～φ700mm inner tube diameter, it utilizes continuous-working high-efficient air blast apparatuses, sprays steel shots and quarts sand to each position of inside wall of the steel tube to do cleaning; Within the range of φ700～φ3000mm inner tube diameter, it utilizes high-speed shots thrown by high-efficient air blast apparatuses to crash roll scale, rust layers and other sundries on the inner surface of the steel tube, obtains delicate and bright surface, promotes tensile strength and anti-pressure strength, increases adhesive strength for painting protection of inner surface, to achieve the purpose of antisepsis, protecting the tube and prolonging use life of steel tube.

Internal pipe cleaning problems are quickly solved with the Airblast range of pipe cleaning tools.
These are designed to blast clean the interior of pipes and tubes removingmillscale, rust, carbon and paint coatings.
For pipes ranging from 13 mm to 1600 mm
The cleaning action leaves the surface free from dust, abrasives and contaminants ready for the application of the required paint coating system. Our range of pipe cleaning tools make cleaning of both new and existing pipe installations a one man operation with complete 360 degree coverage and thus doing away with need to rotate the pipe.
Airblast has developed a semi automatic hoisting system which enables the operator to pull the machine through the length of the pipe at the required speed to create the standard required in the cleaning and painting specification
A comprehensive range of nozzles and centering devices to suit all combinations of pipe sizes is available.
Abrasives with the grain size of 0.75 mm up to 1.00 mm are ideally suited for the equipment.
The use of aluminium-oxide and sand will cause excessive wear and are not recommended.
